Needle Roller Bearing

These are bearings with or also without inner ring, may or may not have a sealing. These bearings have a lubricating groove and possibly also a hole on the outer ring.

Insert ball bearings are mainly used in simple arrangements, e. g. in agricultural machines, conveyer devices, food processing machines, construction machines, etc.

Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Double-row ball bearings with angular contact correspond with their construction and function to a pair of single row ball bearings with angular contact in „O“ - type configuration. They have rather deep raceways on both rings and may not be disassembled. In case of „E“ type construction, a  lubrication bore is made on one side.

Single row deep groove ball bearings

The single row deep groove ball bearings have relatively deep raceways on both rings without a filling slot and they are non-separable. By optimum size of balls and by their conformity to the raceways high load ratings are achieved.

Single row four-point angular contact ball bearings are single row angular contact bearings The raceways of these bearings are designed to carry axial load in both directions.

Double row self-aligning ball bearings

Double row self-aligning ball bearings have spheral raceway on the outer ring. They can misalign and also the misalignment of seating is acceptable for them. Double row self-aligning ball bearings are produced with cylindrical or tapered bore and they are non-separable.

Single row cylindrical roller bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are able to carry large radial load on a relatively small space. Some applications are able to carry also axial load in one or both directions. Raceways of the outer and inner rings together with the sheet profile of the cylindrical rollers in the shape of ZB allow optimal distribution of the contact pressure in the rolling space. This arrangement also allows advantageous formation of lubrication film between the contact parts of the bearing, optimal rolling, decrease of friction, growth of temperature and therefore lower stress of the junction in the arrangement.

Full complement cylindrical roller bearings

Due to their design with small construction height compared to the width, full complement cylindrical roller bearings are able to carry high loads while having small housing dimensions.

Double row spherical roller bearings with cylindrical and tapered bore

The spherical shape of the raceway in the outer ring enables the misalignment of the rings and ensures balanced distribution of load over the rolling elements even under the slightest shaft deflection, or even when the alignment of the bearing beds is not kept.

Single direction and double direction thrust ball bearings

Single direction and double direction thrust ball bearings can accommodate large axial load, however they must not be subjected to radial load. During operation these bearings must be constantly subjected to a specific axial load.

Cylindrical roller thrust bearings

Cylindrical roller thrust bearings are suitable for arrangements that are stiff and can carry high loads, they are resistant to shock loads.

Spherical roller thrust bearings

Spherical roller thrust bearings are able to carry high axial load. Because of their construction with spherical raceways and transmission of load at a certain angle they can carry radial load as well. They are dismountable which allows simpler installation of individual rings into the arrangement.

Spherical plain bearings

Spherical bearings type GE are radial plain bearings consisting of an outer ring and an inner ring made of bearing steel and with spherical sliding contact surface. These bearings are suitable for arrangements with heavy radial load at low misalignment and oscilation.

Furthermore the bearings can carry specific axial load in both directions.

MF Series

The MF is a universally applicable knife gate valve with a central flange design that will just about satisfy the customer's every need. As well as featuring the integrated Wey sealing system, the robust, modular design of the series is particularly advantageous.

MG Series

The MG series is designed for higher pressure requirements of up to 16 bar. It features the original Wey sealing system and a particularly robust design for long life and minimal maintenance.

MH Series

The MH series is designed for extremely high pressures in particularly demanding applications. The original Wey design ensures optimal sealing in the seat and is 100% bubble-tight.

FB Series

Our full bore knife gate valve combines the proven Wey middle flange design with a completely free passage. Perfectly suited for all applications where pipes and valves need to be cleaned regularly with pigs. Specially designed scrapers remove deposits from the gate every time it is opened.

W Series

Whether an application is referred to as “severe service”, “high performance”, or “heavy duty”, we have overcome the corresponding challenges with our Wey design.

DB Series

The “double block and bleed” knife gate valve was specially developed for applications using hazardous media. The DB model is a single valve with two seat areas.

DP Series

HD Series
